Converting to Shiva Shakthi.

Thirumandhiram 1211: 

Sakti With Siva in Sahasrara 

He consumed poison

While He let Celestials consume ambrosia; 

Their immortal state shall reach you;

The Joys of tapas shall yours be, 

Piercing Chakras

She entered unopened flower above, With Lord, She there sat,

High in Sahasrara.

The Six Adharas and their petals 

Piercing the Chakras that are petalled

Four, Six, Ten and Twelve

And the Six and Ten still above;

Lo! Behold then the Twin petalled Center finale;

You have indeed beheld the Holy Feet of the Timeless One. 

There is a conversion that is expected to recognise that the Divine is in you and all that you are. The inward conversion is the only way for transformation; the inner is the one that transforms the outer, therefore a going within to find the innermost psychic being and bring it out to the front disclosing the Divine Light within. For this transformation to occur, two concurrent systems that are part of our existence have to actively participate. 

One is a series of circles/chakras and layers of sheaths/auras that needs concentration and to work with the whole of lower nature to make it ready for the Divine Intervention. 

The other is a vertical flight step for a smooth passage of energy movements for ascension and descent to take place by the spine, and this is the crucial part of making the human to Divine. 

When ascent takes place, a further conversion happens into a new Consciousness and an Infusion of Light gatherings that helps drop the intellectual mind and receive the Illumined Higher Mind called the Hiranyagarbha made of the Lights of Divine Mother — so proceeding the to the Intuitive Divine Mind of Maheshwararudra.

We are converting ourselves to be Divine; this is a lifetime plan much more important than the petty and trivial things we have in mind. All those will also get rectified when you do this Higher work because the concentration you are doing on the circles of chakra and the sheath of the aura is to break the sheath and bring out the Light of the Divine Light of Grace and Compassion.

The sadhana that my Lord Thirumoolar has taught Commands High Respect. They are the Highest work a Human can ever embark on.
