Each cell in our body has the mind in itself.                                                                      3. This mind is spread across all cells in the body. It stores both memories- intellect and happenings.. Similar to each other in each cell.                                                                                                                                                                                           4. Besides , each cell carries a built in memory of the technical know how to run that particular part.                                          5. For instance, the cells in the heart know the functions of the heart. In the kidney, the cells how to function as a kidney.        6. Each cell is unique and they do not seem to transfer the knowledge to other cells; nor do they borrow knowledge from other cells.                                                                                                                                                                                        7. In the renewal of the cell , which happens periodically, the transfer of the know how happens to the newly formed cells. The transfer of content also happens.                                                                                                                                                      8. So , there seems to be a continuity, but in effect, it is not. It is like birth an death of a body.In death , the contents are not fully transmitted to the mind of the new body.                                                                                                                               9. The intellect and memory form a body called Manomayakosa and it fully covers the body. But it is invisible.                        10. Many of our physical action which we do unconsciously can be attributed to the above factors.

How to make sex a meditation?

 How to make sex a meditation?  Is it necessary for her to practice any particular posture in intercourse?

 Postures are irrelevant, postures are not meaningful.  The real thing is the vision, the trend.  Not the state of the body, the state of the mind is the real thing.  But if the mind changes, it is possible that the postures also change with it.  Because they are related to each other.  But they are not basic.

 For example, a man is always over a woman.  In this the ego of the man is hidden, the man always understands that he is the best, the greatest.  How can he be under a woman?  But in primitive societies all over the earth, the woman is above the man.  That's why people in Africa started calling that posture missionary posture in which the man is above.  When Christian missionaries went to Africa for the first time, the tribesmen were astonished by their sexual intercourse.  They didn't understand what they were doing.  They thought that the woman would die in it.  In Africa this posture is called missionary posture.  African tribesmen say that it is violent that men should be over women.  Woman is soft, tender, so she should be above man.  But it is very difficult for a man to place himself under a woman.

 If you change your mind, many things will change.  It is better that the woman should be above.  There are many things in its favor.  The woman is passive, so if she stays up, she will not do much violence, she will be at rest.  And if the man is down, he too will not be able to make much fuss.  He too has to rest.  that would be fine.  He will not only be very violent when he rises up, he will do a lot.  And the woman doesn't need to do anything.  You should be relaxed in tantra, so it is okay for a woman to be on top.  She may be more relaxed than the man.  The woman's mind is inactive, so she feels comfortable.

 So the postures will change, but don't worry too much about the rugs.  just change your mind.  Surrender to the life force, flow with it.  If you are really devoted, your body will automatically adopt the right posture, the right posture for that time.  If lovers are deeply devoted, their bodies will automatically take the proper posture.

 The situation changes every day, so there is no need to fix any posture in advance.  The only obstacle is that you want to decide everything in advance.  Whenever you do this, it is the business of the mind.  Then you don't surrender.  In surrender, things happen automatically, they take shape.  When both the lover and the beloved surrender, a wonderful harmony is created.  Then they will take many asanas, or not even one, they will be just at rest.  It depends on the life force, not on the mental decision already taken.  There is no need to decide anything in advance.

 The decision is the problem.  You have to decide even for sex.  There are books that teach how to have intercourse.  This shows what kind of mind we have created.  Even for sex you have to ask books.  Then it becomes a mental act, then you have to think about everything.  First you rehearse in your mind and then you enter into sex.  Then your action becomes a drama, it becomes a fake.  It cannot be called true sex, it has become acting.  He was not honest.

 Surrender and walk with superpower.  What is fear?  Why is there fear?  If you can't be fearless even with your lover, who will you be with?  And once you realize that the life-force itself helps and finds itself on the right path, that will give you a very basic view of your whole life.  Then you can leave your whole life in the hands of God, He is your beloved.  Then you surrender your whole life to God.  Then you neither think nor plan nor do you try to run the future according to your will.  Then you move in the future with the will of the Supreme, with the will of the whole.

 But how to make sex work a meditation?  Only by surrender does sex become meditation.  Don't think about it, just let it happen.  And get down to rest, don't move forward.  This is a fundamental problem of the mind that it always moves forward, it is always searching for the result.  And the fruit is in the future.  That's why you are never in action, you are always in the future searching for the fruit.  The search for the fruit is a nuisance, it spoils everything.  Just be totally in action.  What is the future?  He will come on his own, you don't have to worry about him.  And your worries cannot bring the future.  He is coming, he has already come.  You forget that and here.  And now, be in the present.

 The sex act can become a deeper insight into the here and now.  I see now this is the only act left in which you can be here and now.  You cannot be here and now in your office.  When you are studying in college, you cannot be there either here or now.  It is difficult to be anywhere in the here and now in this modern world.  Only in love can the here and now happen.

 But you are such that even in love you are not present in the present moment, you are thinking of the fruit even there.  And many modern books have created new difficulties.  You read a book on sex and then you start getting scared whether I am having sex in the right way or in the wrong way.  You read a book on Kamasanas and then you get scared whether my posture is right or wrong.  Psychologists have created new concerns in your mind.  Now they say that the husband should take care whether his wife is getting orgasm or not.

 So now the husband is stuck in this worry.  And nothing is going to be gained from this worry, but it is going to become a hindrance.  And the wife is worried whether the husband is getting complete rest or not.  She has to show that I am getting very happy.  Then everything turns out to be false.  Both are worried about the fruit.  And this worry will never bear fruit.

 Forget all and flow in the moment.  Give your body a chance to express itself.  Your body knows everything, it has its own conscience.  Your body is made up of sex cells, it has its own built-in program.  He doesn't need to ask you anything.  Leave it all on the body and the body will move on its own.  This leaving oneself in the hands of nature, this surrender will become meditation.

 And if you get this experience in sex, then you have got the secret that wherever you surrender, you will have this experience.  Then you can surrender to the master, it is a love relationship.  Surrendering to the Guru, when you lay your head at his feet, your head will become empty, you will go into meditation.  And then even a guru will not be needed.  Then go out and surrender to the sky.  And then you know how to surrender -- and that's the real thing.  Then you can go and surrender to a tree.

 But this will seem foolish if you do not know how to surrender.  We see, a villager, a tribal goes to the river and bows to the river.  He calls the river as mother.  He bows down to the rising sun and calls him a deity.  Or he lays his head on a broomstick near its root and bows down.  It seems to us like superstition.  You say, what a fool he is doing!  What will the tree do?  What will the river do?  They are not any deities.  The sun is not a god.

 But if you surrender then anything is divine.  It is the surrendering mind that creates the Divine.  Surrender the wife and she becomes divine.  Surrender to the husband and he becomes God.  Divinity manifests through surrender.  Surrender to the stone and the stone is no longer a stone, the stone becomes a dead man, a living being.

 So just know how to surrender.  And when I say how to surrender, it doesn't mean that there is a method, I mean that love has an innate potential for surrender.  Surrender to love and experience it there.  And then let it spread over your whole life.  Tantra Sutras.

Structurally, the vocal chords look like the vulva and the pelvic floor. Physically, they're connected by the vagus nerve.

It's no coincidence that the word ′′ cervix ′′ means ′′ neck ′′ in Latin.

Relaxing throat relaxes the vagina, which helps in labor and labor of a baby.

Contraction of throat muscles through speech and singing can also contract the pelvic floor and vaginal muscles.
